Network Interfaces
The Interfaces tab shows the SNMP‑discovered network interfaces on a switch, router, or firewall — port status, speed, traffic, and neighbor information. It appears for devices monitored over SNMP.
What you see
- Interface table — each port/interface with admin & operational status (up/down), speed, and in/out traffic counters.
- LLDP neighbors — which device is connected to each port (neighbor name and port), so you can see the physical topology.
- MAC address table — MAC addresses learned per port, useful for tracking where an endpoint is plugged in.
This data drives the Topology map and updates on each SNMP poll.
note
No interfaces showing? Confirm the device has SNMP enabled with a working credential profile (open the device → Edit → SNMP).
