Location

Record where this device physically lives so you (and field techs) can find it fast during an incident.

Set the location

1. Open the device → Location.
2. Enter the physical details — site/building, room/rack, or a free‑form label (e.g. HQ · Comms Room · Rack B3).
3. Add coordinates if you want it pinned on the map.
4. Save.

The location then shows on the device card, in Reports, and lets you group/filter devices by site across Fleet.

tip

For network gear, put the closet/rack in the label — it's the difference between a 2‑minute fix and a 20‑minute scavenger hunt.
