Organizations

An organization is a tenant in DashX — its own devices, users, settings, and data, isolated from every other org. Most customers work in a single organization; MSPs run many.

What belongs to an org

Everything you configure — devices, RADIUS/NAC, users and roles, alerts, branding, billing — is scoped to the organization you're in. Data does not cross between orgs.

Working across organizations

  • MSPs manage multiple client orgs from the MSP Dashboard — see aggregate metrics, create and edit client orgs, and Enter an org to manage it directly, then switch back.
  • Requests carry the current org context automatically, so what you see and change always applies to the org you're actively in.

Users and orgs

A user can belong to one or more organizations. Their role (Viewer / Operator / Admin) is per‑organization — someone can be an Admin in one org and a Viewer in another. Manage members in Admin → Users; people requesting access arrive in Join Requests.

note

Org‑level administration (creating organizations, cross‑tenant tooling) is reserved for MSP/super‑admin accounts. Day‑to‑day, you simply work inside your organization.
