MSP Dashboard

For managed service providers running DashX across multiple client organizations — a single pane over every tenant, plus the controls to create and manage them. Visible to MSP accounts.

Overview

Admin → MSP Dashboard opens on Overview, aggregating your whole book of business: total organizations, devices (online / offline), members, open alerts, your device pool (allocated vs available), and total MRR.

Manage client organizations

On the Organizations tab you can:

  • Create an org — spin up a new client tenant from the create form.
  • Edit an org — update its details and device allocation.
  • View members — see who belongs to a client org.
  • Enter org — switch into a client's organization to manage it directly (Fleet, settings, everything), then switch back.

Cross‑tenant work

Additional tabs roll up work across all your clients:

  • Tickets — support tickets across every org (see Support).
  • SLA — SLA status across tenants.
  • Reports — reporting across the book of business.
tip

Allocate devices from your pool to each client as you onboard them — the Overview's allocated‑vs‑available figure tells you when it's time to expand the pool.
