Billing

See your plan, manage your payment method, download invoices, and accept legal agreements. Admins/owners only.

Your plan​

Admin → Billing shows your current plan and the entitlements it includes (feature access and seat/device allowances). This renders even before payment is connected — you'll just see a "not connected yet" banner until then.

Manage payment (Stripe portal)​

Click Manage billing to open Stripe's secure hosted portal, where you add or update a card or ACH payment method and manage the subscription. Card/bank details live with Stripe — DashX never stores them.

Invoices​

Past invoices are listed on the page; open one to view or download it for your records.

Agreements that need acceptance (e.g. MSA/terms) appear here for click‑through e‑sign:

  1. Open the document to read it.
  2. Enter your name and title, and confirm you have authority to accept.
  3. Accept — the signature is recorded against your organization.

Billing data is a region‑local mirror kept current by Stripe webhooks, so plan/invoice changes may take a moment to reflect after you act in the Stripe portal.
