Reports

Generate polished PDF reports on your infrastructure — on demand or on a schedule — and white‑label them for clients.

Generate a report​

  1. Go to Insights → Reports → Generate.
  2. Set the title (e.g. Infrastructure Report) and pick the sections to include — overview, metrics, software, security, and more.
  3. Choose the devices (all, or a filtered set) and Generate the PDF.

Past reports are kept under the History tab.

Schedule recurring reports​

  1. Open the Schedules tab → new schedule.
  2. Set the frequency (weekly / monthly), the day and hour it runs, and the email recipients.
  3. Enable it — DashX generates and emails the report automatically on that cadence.

White‑label (branding)​

On the Branding tab, set your company name (e.g. Acme Managed Services), logo, and brand colors so client‑facing reports carry your identity, not DashX's.

For MSPs: set branding once, then schedule a monthly white‑labeled report per client — it lands in their inbox looking like it came from you.
