All Assets

The single register of everything you own — managed devices plus custom (non‑device) assets — each with a lifecycle status. This is the home tab of Asset Management.

What you see​

Every asset with its status, so you know what's in service and what isn't:

  • Active, Maintenance, In Storage, Ordered, Retired, Disposed.

Managed devices flow in automatically; add anything else under Custom Assets.

Using it​

  1. Go to Assets & Compliance → Asset Management → All Assets.
  2. Filter/search to find an asset; update its status as it moves through its lifecycle (e.g. Active → Maintenance → Retired).
  3. Onboard machines DashX has seen but isn't managing from Untracked.
tip

Keep statuses honest — an accurate Retired/Disposed list is what auditors and finance actually ask for at year‑end.
