Untracked Devices

Devices DashX has discovered on your network but isn't managing yet — your onboarding queue for closing asset‑inventory gaps.

Onboard a device

1. Go to Asset Management → Untracked.
2. Review each discovered device (found via Scans and neighbor data — IP, MAC, vendor).
3. Click Add to promote it into a managed device (or install the agent for full monitoring).

tip

Untracked = unaccounted‑for. Clear this list regularly so your asset register reflects reality and nothing on the network is invisible.
