Licenses & Costs

Track software licenses and their spend — seats, renewal dates, and cost — so a renewal never surprises you and you're not paying for seats you don't use.

Add a license​

  1. Go to Asset Management → Licenses & Costs → Add License.
  2. Fill in:
    • Device / name it belongs to (optional IP).
    • License key / contract details.
    • Seats (0 = unlimited).
    • Cost and renewal / expiry date.
  3. Save.

DashX flags licenses approaching expiry so you can renew (or cancel) in time.

Log the renewal date and cost for every recurring tool — the list doubles as a software‑spend summary you can hand to finance.
