RADIUS Monitoring

The live view of what your RADIUS service is doing — who's authenticating, who's being rejected, and which sessions are active. This is where you troubleshoot access problems in real time.

Auth log

  1. Go to Network → RADIUS / NAC → Monitoring.
  2. Watch the auth log stream of Access‑Accept / Access‑Reject results, and filter (All / Accept / Reject) to isolate failures.
  3. For a reject, the entry shows why — no matching policy, failed cert/password, posture/MFA denial — so you know which tab to fix.

Sessions & accounting

  • Sessions — currently active (and recently stopped) sessions, with the user/device, NAS, VLAN, and duration (from RADIUS accounting).
  • Issue a CoA / disconnect to bounce or re‑authenticate a live session where supported.

Use Refresh to pull the latest.

tip

When a user reports "I can't get on Wi‑Fi," start here — a live Access‑Reject with its reason usually points straight at the misconfigured policy, cert, or identity source.
