Agents
The full list of enrolled agents and their state — the place to find a specific agent and confirm it's healthy and current.
Using the list
- Go to Monitoring → Agent Health → Agents.
- Each agent shows its status (online / offline / stale), version, optional label, and last check‑in.
- Filter by version to isolate agents on an old build — the fastest way to find what needs upgrading.
Act on what you find
- Old version → upgrade via Fleet → Bulk Update → Update Agents (select the affected devices) or per device on Tunnel Agent.
- Offline/stale → open the device to check connectivity; the agent auto‑reconnects after transient network issues.
