SMS & Voice

Connect an SMS/voice provider so DashX can send text/voice alert notifications and phone‑based MFA.

Configure a provider

  1. Go to Settings → Security & Access → SMS & Voice.
  2. Enable SMS and choose the provider (e.g. Twilio).
  3. Enter the credentials — API key / Account SID, Auth token / Connection ID — and the From number (e.g. +1234567890), plus an endpoint URL if the provider needs one.
  4. Save.

Test it

Send a test SMS to a number to confirm delivery before you rely on it for alerts or MFA.

tip

Verify with a test message right after saving — a wrong From number or key fails silently until a real alert doesn't arrive.
